ISO 9001:2015 certification relates to our quality management system. It does not by itself establish ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation. Tell us if accredited calibration is required so the applicable scope can be checked before quotation.

Is a bump test the same as calibration?
No. A bump test checks instrument response to test gas and alarm operation. Calibration checks and, where required, adjusts measurement response against a known gas concentration according to the manufacturer procedure.
What documentation is provided?
Calibration results and service records are supplied for the agreed scope. Provide any required certificate format, traceability details or vendor documentation requirements before booking.
Can I send detectors to any Exact office?
Contact us first. Our offices in Puchong, Kerteh, Bintulu and Johor Bahru coordinate requests; the appropriate workshop or site arrangement depends on the model and work required.
Do you provide accredited calibration?
Our published management-system certifications do not establish ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. If your specification requires accredited calibration, share the instrument and required scope for confirmation before placing an order.
