Gas Detector Installation
Supply, Delivery and Testing of various types of fixed gas detection system, detecting Combustible Gas, Ammonia and Carbon Monoxide gases. This is a brown field replacement of competitors’ brand of gas detectors. This is part of the package maintenance turnaround for year 2022. Total units of gas detectors supplied in year 2022 is about 110 units.
Acrylonitrile Analyzer Installation
Supply, Delivery, Start-up and Commissioning of Acrylonitrile gas detection system. Acrylonitrile (CH₂=CHCN) is a toxic, colorless to pale-yellow liquid, harmful to the eyes, skin, lungs, and nervous system. It may cause cancer. Workers may be harmed from exposure to acrylonitrile. The level of exposure depends upon the dose, duration, and work being done. We have successfully supplied, installed and commission the toxic gas detection system at Dialog Pengerang Tank Storage Complex. The toxic gas detector measures Acrylonitrile with range from 0 to 1,000ppm using the latest MSA Photoacoustic Infrared (IR) Sensing Technology.
