Equipment selection supports the site safety arrangements. A detector or a standard four-gas configuration alone does not establish safe entry; the site team must determine the required controls and monitoring for the assessed hazards.

Which gases should a confined space detector measure?

The required sensors depend on the assessed hazards. Oxygen, combustible gases, hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide are common measurements, but some tasks need other sensors or methods. Share the site assessment for equipment selection.

Can you arrange detectors for an entire turnaround?

Yes. Provide the required quantities, sensor configurations, shift pattern and dates so we can review rental or supply availability.

Is site attendance included?

Site attendance must be agreed separately, including dates, location, access and the work to be performed. Office coverage does not imply a resident technician at every site.
