A simple and efficient, self-contained dew-point hygrometer, with filtration and flow control, for measurement of dew point or moisture content at point of use. It uses the Easidew On-Line to measure dew point in the range –100 to + 20 °C dew point, or moisture content in the range 0-3000 ppm. This well-proven instrument uses the Michell Ceramic Metal-Oxide Moisture Sensor providing accurate and stable measurements. It is part of our service exchange program for simple, cost-effective maintenance.

The Intrinsically Safe Field Display is a 4-digit loop-powered local monitor for the Easidew PRO I.S. and Easidew I.S. transmitters. It is certified with ATEX, IECEx, UKCA and FM and housed in an IP66 enclosure with a terminal compartment for wiring. The measurement unit can be labelled as ppmV, ppmW, °C dp or °F dp.

The QMA601-LR Moisture Analyzer is designed to provide reliable, fast and accurate measurement of ultra-low trace moisture content in natural gas in NGL fractionation and LNG liquefaction applications. It has a lower detection limit of 0.02 ppmV with reliable accuracy at sub-ppm trace moisture levels. The ADG400 is a two-stage dew-point generator which operates in the range of -80...+20 °Cdp (-112...+68 °Fdp). It features a touchscreen HMI, which allows the user to set the desired dew point, or create and run an automated calibration profile. The generator can also be operated remotely and integrated into customer software via the USB interface.

The DCS system is a complete rack-mounted calibration station capable of producing a flow of air (or nitrogen) at a pre-specified range of dew-point temperatures from a minimum of -100°C (-148°F) to a maximum of +20°C (+68°F). Through customization the DCS system can be PC controlled for automated calibration sequences or manually operated at pre-determined dew-point set points.

The DG2 has two stages of gas-flow mixing which allow it to generate dew points down to -75°Cdp (-103°Fdp). The great strengths of the DG2 are its ease of use and its flexibility in manually generating an accurate target dew point by fine tuning the gas mix via its flow metering valves. Infinite mixing is achievable within its working range.

The DG3 is our entry-level, single-stage mixing humidity generator. It is operated by manually mixing the two gas streams using flow control valves. The DG3 provides flows up to 5 Nl/min (10.6 scfh) and generates dew points ranging from -40 to +20°Cdp (-40 to +68°Fdp).

Pressure Swing dryers provide a source of very dry compressed air for use as a zero gas in humidity calibration systems, or for general laboratory applications. The Michell PSD Series Pressure Swing Dryers use two columns filled with 4Å molecular sieve desiccant, which are used alternately on a two-minute switching cycle.
