QAL1 approved particulate CEM providing high quality emission measurement for low dust concentrations from dry industrial processes including Baghouses and Cartridge Filters. The QAL 991 is an approved particulate CEM (Continuous Emission Monitor) designed to meet and exceed CEN standard EN 14181 / EN 13284-2. Particularly suited to monitoring emissions from industrial processes regulated under the European Waste Incineration Directive (WID) and Large Combustion Power Plant Directive (LCPD), the PCME QAL 991 is also proven in other industrial processes controlled with high efficiency bag filtration. The instrument holds QAL1 approval specified in EN 15267-3, under both MCERTS and TUV.

US EPA PS11 compliant ProScatter™ particulate CEM providing high quality emission measurement for low dust concentrations from industrial processes. Utilising the patented ProScatter™ Forward Scatter measurement technique for measuring particulate concentration levels, typically between 0.06 mg/m3 to 300 mg/m3, this measurement technique offers improved levels of performance which make the STACK 181 very suitable for use as a PM CPMS or PM CEMS that need to comply with US EPA PS-11 for Site Operators looking to satisfy the recent MACT and MATS rules. The STACK 181 is suitable for measuring particle emissions after both bag filter and electrostatic precipitator arrestment plant.

Opacity QAL1 Approved Particulate CEM. QAL1 approved particulate CEM which meets US EPA PS-1 requirements for Opacity monitoring from combustion stacks. Robust multi corner cube reflector provides truer reflection of transmitted light compared to traditional "mirror type" reflectors providing greater confidence in measurement.

MICRO-VENTURI FLUE GAS VELOCITY CEM. Flue gas flowmeter for continuous measurement of gas velocity, temperature and pressure in exhaust gas ducts (chimneys or flue pipes). Micro-Venturi technology. The StackFlow 100 is a compact flowmeter for continuous measurement of velocity, temperature and static pressure in exhaust gas ducts ( stacks or flue gas ducts) using the Micro-Venturi technology. From these measurements, StackFlow 100 allows to determine the flue gas volume flow rate via an additional calculation element which is either performed by an ENVEA controller or directly by the CEMS cabinet's data acquisition station. This data is used to calculate the mass flows of the pollutants released (dust, SO2, NOx…). Flow range : 3 – 30 m/s.
