Optical measurement systems typically require that the sample undergo some conditioning to make it fit for the analyzer's method. Applied Analytics' systems are built for direct analysis without cooling/drying the sample. FV systems are used to take a process sample. They are manufactured with a capacity fixed cylinder and two synchronized three-way valves, which move simultaneously. This system allows us to take a fixed volume of sample, isolating it from the process and previously recirculating it to get your representativeness. Mechanical system to synchronize two 3-way valves with a single handle. Designed to move two three-way valves simultaneously with a single handle (by-pass - closed - sample). Through this system it is possible to move two three-way valves with a single handle at the same time. The change of position assures to through zero closed position. Can be manufactured with valves from the main brands on the market (under requirement).

Mechanical system to ensure the closing valves by spring Through this system we ensure that the sampler is always kept in the closed position. DMS is available for 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" three way valves and for other Manvia Sampling System equipment, to ensure a safety operation. The operator must move the lever to the required position ("by-pass" or "sample") always exerting a force to maintain the position. Once the sample is taken, the system returns to the closed position when the lever is released. Avoiding oversights that can cause problems by leaving the system open.
