Protea 2000 In-Situ Infra-red gas analyser connected to a Protea Control Unit forms the basis of a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS). The Stack Mounted In-Situ analyser monitors the stack gas without the need for any sample handling equipment making it a cost effective solution to Continuous Emission Monitoring and Process applications. The analyser monitors the stack gases "wet", water vapour is continuously monitored enabling the pollutant gases can be reported on a wet or dry basis. Certification with environmental monitoring equipment standards is dependent on analyser series and application. Certification of models includes EN 15267-3 MCERTS; EN 14181 QAL 1 and US EPA 40cfr part 60 & 75. Certified for use in Hazardous Areas Option.

P2000D is an combined infra-red (IR) and Ultra Violet (UV), duct or stack-mounted Analyser, designed to provide In-Situ analysis of up to eight gas-phase emission components. A typical system comprises of a stack mounted Analyser, an integral Calibration Module and a Control Unit with options which include a powerful In-Situ Heater and a stand-alone Analysis Software package.

P5000 is an ultra-violet (UV), continuous emission monitoring analyser, designed for in-situ analysis of gas-phase emission components. Using absorption spectroscopy, P5000 stores and analyses the full UV spectrum and calculates the gas emission concentrations. A typical system comprises an in-situ analyser and a Control Unit. P5000 uses the reflective beam principle to directly measure process gas as it enters the insitu sample cell. atmosFIR CEM is a complete emissions monitoring system incorporating the atmosFIR 19" FTIR analyser. As completely hot and wet emissions measurement, atmosFIR CEM is ideal for complete measurement of multiple gases from applications such as incineration and power. A standard gas suite of NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, NH3, HCl, HF, CH4, O2, CO2 and H2O is provided, but with the powerful FTIR analyser, further gases can be added easily in software. AtmosIR is a hot, wet, extractive, multi-component analyser designed to monitor up to six gases simultaneously via the NDIR-GFC technique. AtmosIR is a 19" rack mountable analyser featuring Protea's proven photometer, taken from our MCERTS approved P2000 analyser, combined with our hot/wet gas cell technology as found in our FTIR gas analysers. AtmosIR is provided ready to install in a fixed cabinet system by Protea, an OEM or system integrator. This includes all power and alarm for a heated sampling system, together with I/O for integration with plant control systems.

Same specification as the atmosIRw fitted with a HMI and I/O unit. Incorporates analogue transmitters (0—20mA, 4—20mA, 0—5V) one per monitored range optional relays and digital inputs. Each unit can accept analogue inputs from third party analysers / sensors for example stack flow, particulates, pressure using the data to report in mass units ie kg/hr.
