The X-One system includes a central controller with up to two measurement modules, available in side stream and inline configurations for easy placement in a process bypass loop (X-One-FS) or directly in a process pipe (X-One-FP).

The EX-100/1000 is a side-stream Oil in Water analyser that uses fluorescence to provide continuous accurate measurements of oil concentrations in water. Reliable real-time data enables operators to take accurate discharge measurements and to improve efficiency of separation processes, enabling cost reductions. In addition to the EX-100 features, the EX-1000 model offers spectral analysis.

The updated EX-100/1000M is a side-stream oil / particulate in water analyser that combines video microscopy measurement for particle size analysis with the highly accurate Laser Induced Fluorescence oil content measurement technique. This allows measurement of Total Suspended Solids (TSS), oil droplet size and gas bubble size whilst still accurately measuring concentration of oil in water. In addition to the EX-100M features, the EX-1000M model offers spectral analysis.

The Advanced Sensors S-One represents the latest generation of our highly successful range of analysers for measuring oil in water. The analyser comprises a central controller that can accommodate up to two measurement modules. The measurement modules are available in side stream and inline configurations, with the S-One-FS designed for placement in a process bypass loop and the S-One-FP intended for direct installation in a process pipe. The S-One-FP and S-One-FS use Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) technology to provide precise and continuous measurements of oil concentrations in water across a broad range of oil types.
